Safety is our top priority. All employees go through a full orientation of our extensive Injury Illness Prevention Program. This program is designed to provide our employees with the knowledge and security that safety comes first.

We are proactive in ongoing training. Some of the certifications we hold are: First aid, CPR, OSHA 30 Hour, Trench Shoring, Various Equipment Operation and Handling, Competent Person and Confined Space Training.

Before any job start our employees are trained to do a Job Hazard Analysis to identify possible safety issues and correct an unsafe working condition.

We hold weekly "Tool Box" safety meetings that keep our employees current and reminded of job site safety. We provide an open forum to allow our employees to discuss current safety concerns.
